Q50 ANNUAL RANGE PASS
An Annual Range Pass Card gives you the benefit of receiving discounted shoot fees, for both practice and competitions.
In return; this benefits the club by providing extra income at the start of the financial year.
Your Range Pass is only valid until the 30th of June and needs to be renewed.
Any current SSAA Member can purchase an Annual Range Pass for Fraser Coast Branch.
Range Pass Cards are currently $100 for adults, and $2 for juniors for 2025-2026. Please refer to the table below for shoot fees.

If you are a current Q50 Pistol Sub-Branch member you must hold an Annual Range Pass. Range Pass Form.
All forms are to be returned to the Registrar. Once forms have been verified, a Tax Invoice will be issued for payment. Please use the Tax Invoice number as the reference to your payment.

PISTOL SUB-BRANCH ANNUAL RETURN
If you are a Q50 Fraser Coast Branch Pistol Sub-Branch member then you must complete the Annual Pistol Return & Declaration by the 1st July each year. This is a QLD Weapons Licensing requirement.
This must be accompanied by a Pistol Sub-Branch Administration form and your Shoot Participation Records. Once your required documents have been received, a Tax Invoice will be issued to you for payment. No fees are to be paid without a Tax Invoice Number.
You must also keep your Participation Records and submit it to Weapons Licensing Branch when it comes time to renew your Concealable Licence.

PISTOL MEMBERS 28 DAY NOTICE
If you are a Concealable Licence holder and your handgun class/es change during the year, then, under the QLD Weapons Act, you must inform the branch of the change within 28 days.
You can do this using the 28 Day Pistol Notice form.
Your shoot participation conditions change if you obtain your first pistol in a new class during the year, or get rid of your last pistol in a particular class during the year.
You should also tell us if you leave the branch or the pistol sub-branch during the year.
